Cumbria Teaching Agency is a leading supplier of Teaching Assistants to all schools throughout Cumbria and we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for Teaching Assistants for this academic year.

Role: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Year group: EYFS
Start date: January 2026
End date: TBC
Working hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) or AM's (Monday to Friday)
If you have any of the following, we would like to hear from you:
• Experience of working in a school as a STA or TA
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) Qualification
• Diploma or Degree in an Education based subject
• If you are ‘Qualified by Experience’ – Have no qualification but do have solid experience of working in a classroom
• If you have experience of assisting in group or 1:1 support within a school setting
